  • The Product must have no stains, broken seams, missing buttons, loosened threads or other conditions that deem the product to be defective or damaged.
  • We can only offer change of item/s if the product has minimal stains and not totaly damage within the same item price (the buyer should shoulder the shipping and other fees upon returning the supply goods).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment and we will not issue a refund on it. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
